Can I browse products without a trade account?
Yes. Public visitors can explore product names, imagery, brands, collections and wholesale pack formats. Trade pricing, exact availability and order history remain protected for approved retailer accounts.
What information is required for a retailer application?
The application asks for your company name, ABN, primary contact, phone number, email address and business address, together with brief information about your retail business.
Is access approved immediately after I apply?
No. Every application is reviewed by the cnpokemon.com team. Account access is enabled separately only after the business application has been accepted.
Who can apply for wholesale access?
Australian card stores, hobby retailers, online sellers and other genuine trade buyers may apply. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
When will I be able to see trade prices?
Approved retailers can sign in to view the protected trade catalogue available to their account. Public catalogue pages do not display wholesale prices.
Does submitting an online order confirm it automatically?
No. After submitting, you receive an order number and can view the order in My orders. Our sales team will contact you to arrange payment and fulfilment. Online payment is not required.
How are public product images maintained?
Public product pages use the current reviewed cnpokemon.com catalogue imagery. Product records and approved packaging images may be updated as the wholesale range changes.
How can I ask a question before applying?
